cleaning, grass cutting, and snow removal through Doer’s platform.
2. Service Providers: Individuals who provide home services to customers through
the Doer platform, either independently or through partner organizations.
3. Order Recipients: Individuals who request or receive services for themselves or
others via their Doer account, including those who use guest checkout features.
4. Guest Users: Individuals without a Doer account who receive services arranged by
Doer customers or other individual account owners.
5. Other Relevant Parties: This notice also governs Doer’s data collection related to
other service aspects, such as contact information of service providers or
customers.

I. Data Provided by Users
1. Account Information: This includes users' personal details such as name, email,
phone number, address, payment details, profile picture, and preferences. For
service providers, additional information like background check information is
collected.
2. Background Check Information: For service providers, Doer collects information
submitted during the application process, such as criminal records where permitted
by law.
3. Identity Verification Documents: Doer collects government-issued identification
documents and photos for verification purposes.
4. Demographic Data: Doer may collect demographic information such as age,
gender, and occupation when necessary for service provision or compliance
purposes.
5. User Content: Data collected when users interact with customer support, provide
feedback, or use features to upload content or recordings.
II. Data Created During Use of Services
1. Location Data: Doer collects precise and approximate location data from service
providers' and users' mobile devices when the Doer app is running.
2. Transaction Information: This includes details of the services requested or
provided, trip or order details, and payment transaction information.
3. Usage Data: Data about how users interact with the services, including access
dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, and app crashes.
4. Device Data: Information about the devices used to access the services, including
hardware models, device IP address, operating systems, and mobile network data.
5. Communications Data: Data regarding communications between users facilitated
through the Doer app.

• Users participating in referral programs
• Doer account owners who request services for or on behalf of other users

or modify this notice as necessary, with any changes communicated to users accordingly.
Doer team Ltd ("Doer", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to
protecting your personal data. This Privacy Agreement explains how Doer collects, uses,
and shares your data when you use our services. By using Doer's services, you agree to the
terms of this Privacy Agreement.
1. Use of Data
Doer uses the data we collect to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our services.
This includes:
• Creating and updating accounts.
• Enabling home services such as dog walking, cleaning, grass cutting, and snow
removal.
• Matching available service providers to users requesting services based on location,
proximity, preferences, and other relevant factors.
• Calculating prices and facilitating payments.
• Personalizing user accounts and providing recommendations.
• Facilitating insurance and invoicing solutions.
• Providing users with updates and notifications regarding their services.
• Performing necessary operations to maintain our services.
Doer performs the above activities to fulfill our agreements with users and for the
legitimate interests of Doer and its users.
2. Safety, Fraud Protection, and Security
We use data to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our services and users. This
includes:
• Verifying users' accounts and identities.
• Using facial recognition technology for identity verification and safety checks.
• Preventing fraudulent use of accounts.
• Encouraging safe behavior and compliance with our terms.
• Providing live support during services.
Doer performs the above activities for the legitimate safety and security interests of Doer,
our users, and the general public.

We use the information we collect to provide customer support and improve our services.

C. Data sharing and disclosure
Some of Doer’s services and features require that we share data with other users, or at
users’ request or with their consent. We may also share such data with our a>iliates,
subsidiaries, and partners, for legal reasons or in connection with claims or disputes.
Doer may share data:
1. With other users
This includes sharing:
• Customers’ first name, rating, and service locations with service providers.
• Service recipients’ first name and service details, including service
requested, special instructions, and preferences, with other recipients in a
group service order.
• Service recipients’ first name, service address, and service information
(including special instructions, and preferences) with the service provider
and, for service deliveries, with the delivery person. We may also share
ratings and feedback, or other information to the extent required by law, with
the service provider and, for service deliveries, the delivery person.
• For service providers, we may share data with the customers and service
recipients, including name and photo; service details; location (before and
during service); average rating provided by users; total number of services;
period of time since they signed up to be a service provider; contact
information; and service provider profile, including compliments and other
feedback submitted by past users. For service providers who self-identify
with certain accessibility settings, we will share that information with the
customers and service recipients.
We also provide service recipients with receipts containing information such as a
breakdown of amounts charged, the service provider’s first name, photo, and route map.
We also include other information on those receipts if required by law.
With an account owner when used by another person, such as when a customer uses their
employer’s Doer for Business profile, a customer uses an account linked to their Family
profile, a service provider uses an account owned by or associated with a Doer partner
company, or a delivery person acts as a substitute.
In addition, if a user creates an account using an email address a>iliated with a Doer for
Business account owner (i.e., their employer), we may use, and share their profile data
(such as name and email address) with such account owner, to help that user expense
services to that Doer for Business account.*
For those who participate in Doer’s referral program, we share certain data of referred
users, such as service count, with the user who referred them as necessary to determine
the referral bonus.
2. At users’ request or with users’ consent
This includes sharing data with:
• Doer business partners. For example, if a user requests a service through a
partnership or promotional o>ering made by a third party, Doer may share
certain data with those third parties. This may include, for example, other
services, platforms, apps, or websites that integrate with our APIs; service
suppliers or services; those with an API or service with which we integrate; or
merchants or other Doer business partners and their users in connection
with promotions, contests, or specialized services.
• Emergency services. We o>er features that enable users to share their data
with emergency services in the event of an emergency or after certain
incidents.
• Insurance companies. If a user has reported or submits a claim to an
insurance company relating to Doer’s services, Doer will share certain data
with that insurance company for the purpose of adjusting or handling the
user’s insurance claim.
• If a service recipient adds a merchant loyalty membership number to their
user account, Doer will share their loyalty membership and service details
with such merchant when they place a service order. Service recipients may
also opt-in to share their contact and service details with a specific
merchant to receive marketing communications from such merchant.
• General public. Questions or comments from users submitted through
public forums such as Doer blogs and Doer social media pages may be
viewable by the public, including any data included in the questions or
comments submitted by a user.
3. With Doer subsidiaries and a\iliates
We share data with our subsidiaries and a>iliates to help us provide our services
or conduct data processing on our behalf.
4. With Doer service providers and business partners
These include the third parties, or categories of third parties, listed below.
• Payment processors and facilitators.
• Background check, identity verification, and risk solutions providers.
• Cloud storage providers.
• Customer support platform and service providers.
• Mapping service providers, in connection with the use of mapping
services in Doer’s apps.
• Marketing partners and marketing platform providers.
• Research partners, including those performing surveys or research
projects in partnership with Doer or on Doer’s behalf.
• Service providers that assist Doer to enhance the safety and security
of Doer apps and services.
• Service providers that provide us with artificial intelligence and
machine learning tools and services.
• Accountants, consultants, lawyers, and other professional service
providers.
• Insurance and financing partners.
• Insurance companies, in connection with insurance claims made or
reported by a user relating to Doer’s services, and for the purpose of
adjusting or handling the insurance claim.
• Providers of additional services that can be booked through Doer
apps.
5. For legal reasons or in the event of a dispute
Doer may share users’ data if we believe it’s required by applicable law,
regulation, or legal process, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate
due to safety or similar concerns.
6. With consent
Doer may share a user’s data other than as described in this notice if we
notify the user and they consent to the sharing.
E. Data retention and deletion
Doer retains user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Users
may request account deletion through the Doer apps and websites.

For example, we retain data:
• For the life of users’ accounts if such data is necessary to provide our services.
• For defined periods as necessary for purposes of safety or fraud prevention.
Users may request deletion of their account through the Privacy menus in the Doer app, or
through Doer’s website.
Following an account deletion request, we delete the user’s account and data, except as
necessary for purposes of safety, security, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal
requirements, or because of issues relating to the user’s account.
IV. Choice and transparency
Doer enables users to access and/or control data that Doer collects, including through:
privacy settings device permissions in-app ratings pages marketing and advertising choices
Doer also enables users to request access to or copies of their data, make changes or
updates to their accounts, request deletion of their accounts, or request that Doer restrict
its processing of user data.

Clients and service recipients can set or update their preferences regarding location
data collection and sharing, emergency data sharing, and notifications in Doer’s
Privacy Center, which is accessible via the Privacy menu in the Doer apps.

Clients and service recipients can enable/disable Doer’s collection of their mobile
device location data through their device settings, which can be accessed via
Location Sharing menu in the Privacy Center in the Doer apps.
2. Share Live Location (clients and service recipients)
Clients and service recipients can enable/disable Doer’s sharing of their mobile
device real-time location data with their service providers through their device
settings, which can be accessed via the Location Sharing menu in the Privacy
Center in the Doer apps.
3. Emergency Data Sharing
Clients may enable Doer’s sharing of their mobile device real-time location data
with emergency services. This includes sharing approximate location at the time the
emergency call was placed; the service provider’s name and phone number; service
details; and the client’s name.
Clients may enable/disable this feature via the Account > Settings > Privacy >
Location Sharing menu, or the Safety Center.
Service providers can also enable/disable Emergency Data Sharing via the App
settings > Emergency Data Sharing menu, or the Safety Toolkit.
4. Notifications: discounts and news
Users may enable Doer to send push notifications about discounts and news from
Doer. Users may control whether they receive push notifications here.
5. Third-party app access
Users may authorize third-party applications to access their Doer account data to
enable additional features. Users can review / withdraw access by third-party
applications here or via Doer’s Privacy Center.
6. Device permissions
Most mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of
device data that apps cannot access without the device owner’s permission, and
these platforms have di>erent methods for how that permission can be obtained.
Users should check the available settings on their devices, or check with their
provider.
7. In-app ratings pages
After every service, clients and service providers are able to rate each other on a
scale from 1 to 5. An average of those ratings is associated with a user’s account
and is displayed to other users for whom they provide or receive services. For
example, client ratings are available to service providers from whom they request
services, and service provider ratings are available to their clients.
Clients can see their average rating in the main menu of the Doer app, and access a
breakdown of their average rating in Doer’s Privacy Center.
Service providers can see their average rating after tapping their profile photo in the
Doer app.
8. Marketing and advertising choices
Doer provides users with the following choices regarding how their data is used for
purposes of marketing and advertising:
Personalized marketing communications from Doer: Users may choose here
whether Doer may use their data to send personalized communications
(such as, emails, push notifications, and in-app messages) about Doer
products and services. Users may also choose here whether to receive any
marketing emails or push notifications from Doer.
Data Sharing and Tracking: Users may choose here whether Doer may share
their data with third parties, or collect data regarding their visits and actions
on third-party apps or websites, for purposes of personalized ads.
Personalized Ads: Users may choose whether Doer uses their Doer service
history to personalize the ads they see on Doer.
Cookies and related technologies: For information on how to control Doer’s
use of cookies and related technologies, including for purposes of displaying
personalized ads, please see our Cookie Notice.
9. User data requests
Doer provides users with a variety of ways to learn about, control, and submit
questions and comments about Doer’s handling of their data. In addition to the
methods indicated below, users may also submit data requests via our Privacy
Inquiry Form (clients and service recipients here, service providers here).
Data access and portability: Depending on where they are located, users may have
the right to “access” their data (meaning, to be informed of the data that Doer has
collected about them), and to “portability” of their data (meaning, to receive a copy
of such data). Regardless of their location, Doer provides several options for viewing
and obtaining copies of the data Doer has collected about them.
Users can access data including their profile data and service history through the
Doer apps or via Doer’s website.
Our Explore Your Data feature allows users to view an online summary of certain
information about their account, such as the number of services, rating, rewards
status, and number of days since they’ve been a Doer user.
Our Download Your Data feature allows users to download a copy of the most
requested data relating to the use of Doer, including account, usage,
communications, and device data.
Changing or updating data: Users can edit the name, phone number, email address,
payment method, and profile picture through the Settings menu in Doer’s apps or
service provider portal.
Deleting data: Users may request deletion of their account through Doer’s Privacy
Center.
Objections, restrictions, and complaints: Users may request that we stop using all
or some of their data, or that we limit our use of their data. This includes objecting to
our use of data that is based on Doer’s legitimate interests. Doer may continue to
process data after such objection or request to the extent required or permitted by
law.
In addition, depending on their location, Users may have the right to file a complaint
relating to Doer’s handling of their data with the data protection authority in their
country. For example, users may submit such requests to the data protection
authorities in the country in which they live.
